Hi all, seeking your advice on what to ask Rolex for after my 8 yo Datejust went back for a full service and has been sent back 3 times from my official dealer for timing issues. Picked up the watch Christmas Eve and have been wearing it daily, I just picked it up and it was 55min slow and while I was writing my complaint to Rolex the watch momentarily stopped for no apparently reason.
The watch never had an issue prior but it was due for a major service.
Anyone else have issues with Rolex service?
Should I ask for a new watch? New movement? Total refund on the service?
