Need advice on watch to buy and where to buy

I recently consolidated my collection, and would now like to buy a modern rolex. With a $7000 budget, My options are:

1. Buy a 2015-2020 116200 or a similar datejust on ebay, since I have a $300 ebay credit for a watch.

2. Go to the AD and buy like $1000 worth of jewelry in order to get put on the waitlist for a new OP36.

3. Buy a datejust from chrono24 or some other site or even a different watch I'm open to suggestions.

What do you suggest I do?
