The 116758SA has a 40mm yellow gold case with a monobloc middle case, a screw-down case back, a scratch-resistant sapphire and a winding crown. It sparkles with a yellow gold gem set bezel with 29 diamonds and 30 sapphires and the lugs are set with 76 diamonds. The dial is a classic black color with index hour markers, a date window yellow gold Mercedes hands and an additional 24-hour GMT hand. The 116758SA is powered by the self-winding 3186 caliber that has date functionality and a power reserve of up to 50 hours. The case is paired with a yellow gold oyster bracelet, that has a center link bedecked in diamonds and a fold over clasp. It has a water resistance of 100 meters (330 feet).
