Back in June I returned a bag I bought from 24s.com and they received on June 11th, customer service says it’ll take them up to 15business days to process the refund. So i patiently waited, it is 1.5 months and I still have not received any refunds or notification that it’s being processed.
I’ve reached out to the customer service multiple times receiving the same response (I have sent the message to our dedicated team and will get back to you..) still have not heard anything!
They also charge you international calling fee to call them if you’re outside Paris… so i’ve been relying on email and that way I can keep track record of all communications.
What should I do?
