Everybody has their own definitions these days, and seem to call cars anything they want to.

I have been around cars a lot of years and consider a Corvette a ‘sports car’ , since that was it’s origin. It has morphed over the years to what it is today, which seems to be somewhere in the middle between ‘super car’ and ‘sports car’. It price and production numbers take it out of the ‘super car’ niche but it’s performance can put it close.

It definitely is not a ‘muscle car’ but neither is a Mustang or a Camaro or a WRX, but people call them whatever they want to. The term ‘muscle car’ has drifte…
